BY ORDERING THROUGH THIS WEBSITE YOU ARE ACCEPTING THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Returns

You may return your purchase for any reason within 14 days after receiving your merchandise for virtual store credit or exchange only. All items returned must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with tags still attached.

All returns must be pre-authorized by Driven A.D.. All authorized returns will incur a 15% restocking fee. NO EXCEPTIONS!

If the item you received is defective, we will gladly replace it for the same item. Contact Customer Service and we will issue you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). YOU MAY NOT RECEIVE CREDIT FOR RETURNS WITHOUT RMA, SO PLEASE BE SURE TO CONTACT US BEFORE RETURNING ANYTHING.

Once we receive your request, we will e-mail you a return authorization number. You will be responsible for shipping the item back to us. All returns are subject to inspection to ensure that the item is unworn and unused with tags still attached.

Ordering & Shipping

Driven A.D. reserves the right to cancel any orders for any reason at any stage of the ordering/shipment process

SHIPMENT/ORDER PROCESSING:

We normally ship within USA only. If you need to ship outside the US, please contact us to make shipping arrangements. If there are any problems with processing the order, we will attempt to contact you via e-mail and/or phone. Order processing takes approximately 24-48 hours. All shipments are sent using US Postal Service, unless special arrangements are made with Driven A.D.. USPS Priority Mail normally takes approximately 2-4 business days.

If item is not in stock you will be contacted via e-mail and given approximate ship date.

You have the opportunity to cancel your order as long as your items have not already been shipped.

RISK OF LOSS/DELAY:

All items purchased from Driven A.D. are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss/delay and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Payment

Driven A.D. online store accepts the following methods of payment: PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and eCheck. If paying by eCheck, please note that eCheck payments may take several days to clear. Your order will not be shipped until the eCheck payment clears.
